There are a number of beautiful places to visit in Sedona, but Bell Rock stands out as one of the most well known. It is an enormous monolith that rises above the red rocks around it. The formation can be seen from miles away due to its distinctive bell shape when viewed from certain angles. Bell Rock was named by early settlers who thought it resembled a church bell, although there is no evidence that this was meant to be an actual church tower or steeple of any sort.
Devil’s Bridge Trail
The Devil’s Bridge Trail is a short, easy hike in Sedona. It’s only 2.2 miles long and starts at the end of Forest Road 172A. The trailhead is just east of the bridge itself with plenty of parking available on both sides of the road.
